All apps locked in Creative Cloud

When I log into/ sign into Creative Cloud, it shows all the apps are locked? Never happened before in at 5+ years. I have a pristine Adobe relationship/account. On an apple OS 26.1 My plan page, etc. is blank with the data also. Logged in. Logged out. Re-started, etc. What's going on? Thank you?

 correct.  await the response from a badged adobe employee.

For //account.adobe.com,, all the usual information is missing. .  . It has my e-mail address but nothing else, It's as though I need to totally re-subscribe and start a whole new account! I think after more than 10 years. sheesh. No missed payments or anything. It would not be wise to start a whole new account, without resolving this. Thank you.
