All CC applications crash upon launch - no error
All my CC applications crash from creative cloud desktop. I have tried the following:
- Allowing permissions
- Disabling anti-virus
- Renamed Adobe folders in safe mode
- Signed out/in of Creative Cloud
- Unistalled, deleted and reinstalled all apps and folders
I was told I would be contacted by a "level 2 technician", but several days have passed and I haven't recieved any communication. To give a little more background, my original subscription was purchased under an enterprise account for 2 adobe device licenses. I recently renewed my subscription but changed the account type to an individual plan with shared device license (I believe that is the correct term). I had been recieving warning messages when opening any app regarding my account expiring (when I had already been renewed for several months). This issue started after the final day before expiration. Adobe account support stated my account was in good standing.
This issue is occuring on two different computers, desktop and laptop; both Windows 10 and both using different networks (if that has anything to do with it).
Any help would be much appreciated!
