All creative cloud apps

Hi guys.

Have a question that I hope you can clarify for me.

I have contracted the basic photographic plan. Later I will change my plan for all the applications of the creative cloud. Checking my account today, an offer of almost half the cost appears in the adobe web (although it is clarified that it is only during the first year) when I change my plan to that of all applications, but it does not say the validity of this offer. My question is: is the offer permanent or temporary?
