Already paid this month's subscription fees yet i still recieve reminders to clear my dues

i am subscribed to a student plan for the whole creative cloud services and i have set up autopay in g-pay for my monthly subscription. this month i did not have money on the date of payment so it got denied on the first attempt and on the next day when i had the money, the payment was successful. i have the invoice on g-pay and from adobe itself, yet whenever i use any adobe product, i still get reminded to clear my dues. they are asking me to update my payment details and pay again and when i try to update my payment details it tells me that the transaction has failed.

check your account, https://account.adobe.com and verify everything is what you expect (including that payment credit and plan expiration date).

if it is, then sign out of the cc desktop app

then exit the cc desktop app and reopen it.  sign in with the same adobe id/pass used to confirm your subscription.

Logout from creative cloud desktop app and then login to it. If this also does not resolve the problem then you should contact Adobe Support to get help
