Alteração de Plano

Boa noite, Segui o procedimento para alterar o Plano relativo ao Adobe FrameMaker que foi subscrito hoje por um ano e o sistema informático não está a permitir a alteração. Pretendo passar para pagamentos mensais. Agradeço a devida alteração. Obrigada. Isabel Ferraz
