Am I able to Change my Refund Billing?

I have recently changed my plan from a photography plan to the all apps package, and as I have researched, I found that my Refund would be sent to the billing information I used to register with the account, but I have not been using that card for a long time. Am I able to change the refund billing destination to my other billing address?

your current billing address is used. you can change it but you can't list one for billing and one for a pending refund.
