    Hi @Celestial_Essence3e99,

Thank you for reaching out and for sharing your experience with Adobe Express. We appreciate you giving it a try, and we'd love to help you get the most out of it.

If you'd like to keep using Adobe Express, we're happy to guide you. Just let us know which features or tasks you're working on, and we'll help with any questions you have.

I also reviewed your account and can see a monthly Adobe Express plan that has been active for about two months and 26 days with pending dues. These will need to be cleared first, and then the option to cancel the plan will be available.

If you decide to cancel, you can follow the steps in this article: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/account/individual/subscriptions-and-plans/renewals-and-cancellations/cancel-adobe-subscription.html

If you don't plan to continue, we'd recommend cancelling within the next four days to avoid the plan renewing for another month. Once you cancel, the plan stays active until the end of your current billing period and won't renew after that, so you can time it to suit you.

Please let us know if you have any questions along the way. We're here to help.

To keep your account secure, please avoid sharing any personal or financial details, such as card numbers or account information, in this public community thread.

    Regards,

Hi thank you for the help. Is there a way to get refund since I didn't use it at all and I thought I'd canceled it after the free trial. But it didn't go through.

Refunds are only available if the subscription is cancelled within first 14 days. Unfortunately, your account is outside the refund eligibility window.

    I hope it helps.

Do you have any payment problems on your account? If so then you will have to sort that out before you are able to cancel the plan. See the following article for more details
