Amount Deducting while updating credit card

I want to change my credit card info. But after filling all the details it sends me an otp along with the transaction amount of 1 month subscription. But I have already paid for this month yesterday only. So will this cost me twice ? I don't think changing payment details should be costing anything.

    contact adobe support. there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter:

    chat:
    use a browser that allows popups and cookies
    and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
    in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
    be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
