ultimately, you'll probably need to follow the suggestion by @Manan Joshi, but before you do, log into your adobe account (using the same (erroneous email)/adobe id used to subscribe), https://account.adobe.com and see if you can change your email, https://helpx.adobe.com/in/manage-account/using/create-update-adobe-id.html or add a secondary email address and then change your primary without requiring a confirmation email to the erroneous address.
