Hello
We have an employee that left our start-up. we do not need this account anymore. we will not hire new employee .
He had a Creative Cloud All Apps 100GB. monthy paid yearly subscription. this was not a business account,  that was renewed abount 2 month ago.
For cancellation we have to pay over 230$...
Any idea how we can contact someone that will help us with this?

for an individual subscription that you administer, you can contact adobe support, but the terms of the subscription are that you owe 1/2 the remaining commitment.

there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
