Adding to what k glad said, your subscription will auto renew unless you cancel, plus there is a fee for cancelling a plan that is highly discounted. Did you find your end date in the above link?

"For most Creative Cloud plans, your membership automatically renews. To turn off automatic renewal, you simply need to cancel your membership....Currently, you cannot stop your plan from renewing automatically. To turn off automatic renewal, you will need to cancel your membership."
