Annual plan cancelation

My 14yo son has enrolled to a annual plan with monthly payment. He was interested in one week free trail to check one of Adobe products.

 

Unfortunately I became aware of that, when my son asked me to help cancel his subscription. As it turns out, he has missed his free trial period.

 

How I can cancel this annual subscription since my 14yo son wasn’t aware what he was signing for?

Details on the fees that will be charged for ending the commitment early can be found at https://helpx.adobe.com/account/individual/terms-policies-and-regulations/adobe-subscription-terms.html. The fees can vary depending upon the type of commitment that your child began. An annual commitment charged monthly will incur the highest fee, @em_be.

     

    If you have any concerns about the fees, then please contact us while signed in under the account that has the active subscription, ​@em_be . You may need to use a different device to reach us if you are redirected to this public discussion forum.
