Annual plan cancelation
My 14yo son has enrolled to a annual plan with monthly payment. He was interested in one week free trail to check one of Adobe products.
Unfortunately I became aware of that, when my son asked me to help cancel his subscription. As it turns out, he has missed his free trial period.
How I can cancel this annual subscription since my 14yo son wasn’t aware what he was signing for?
