Annual plan cancellation

Hy everyone. I canceled the annual plan after 2 months I had hired. I was charged 50% of what was left. On the billing date I was unable to make payment for this termination amount. Now I can make this payment but I can't find a way to do this, there is no option in the site. How to proceed?

Help, please?

Did you log-in to your Adobe Account?

Yes, I did. But I still can't find a way to make this payment. 

I also tried the online chat, but I had no answer from Adobe support.
