Annual Plan Payment Deduction back to back month

Last Month Oct 8, 2023 i have taken "Creative Cloud All Apps 100GB" Annual Plan and Same price got deducted today also 25th Nov 2023. When i have taken Annual Plan how my amount is getting deducting every month and with out my permission.

Can anyone help me on this?
