Annual Refund/Change Account Question
So, I had 2 annual subscriptions.
One for the Photography Plan and one for the Premiere, both are due at different times of the year, one in Dec and the other in Feb.
Because I have 2 different plans renewing at different time and because I wanted to add Adobe After Effects to my account, my goal was to upgrade my 2 accounts to ONE Creative Cloud All Apps account.
So, I cancelled my Premiere Plan which gives me access till Dec.
In my Photography Plan, I changed it to Creative Cloud All Apps. Then it proceeded to tell me that they will give me a refund for the remaing months...til Feb. All Good.
But, I should also get a refund for the remaing months on my Premiere Plan (since the Creative Cloud app includes all apps in this plan), instead of just getting access to it til Dec.
How do reach someone at Adobe to also get a refund on my Premiere Plan???
