annual subscription has disappeared.

Hello! I need help. Last month I purchased a photo package for a year, but now I see that I have no purchased plans at all and I need to buy everything again, as if I were on a trial period. What do I need to do to return my subscription?

if that fails, https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/adobe-license-issues-keychain-credential-mgr.html

 

if those all fail, change your cc language.  eg, try international english

 

if that fails, change the install location

Thanks for you suggestions, but it's not working - there are no active plans (as on screenshot 2) in web account page.

did you purchase directly from adobe.com or did you purchase via an app store or did you purchase via a 3rd party?
