Annual subscription is not renewed correctly

Hello,
I purchased an annual subscription license through Amazon on 08/30/2021. Expiration thus 29.08.2022. Today, on 12.07.2022 I bought another annual subscription via Amazon. I was shown 07/11/2023 as the expiration date. However, it should only expire on 29.08.2023, since the subscription is extended by one year.

My Adobe account even shows the start of the monthly payment as 12/18/2022.

Something is not right.

Correction:
I just received an email with the correct date. After entering the code on the website, the wrong date was initially displayed.

Post therefor done.
