Annulation abonnement après période d'essai

Bonjour !

J'ai essayé un logiciel Adobe en période d'essai, ayant eu beaucoup de travail + un tout petit j'ai oublié de résilier. Me voilà donc avec deux abonnements pour deux formules différentes à 23.99€ chacune, ce qui n'est absolument pas envisageable pour moi actuellement étant maman solo. Quand je veux annuler, les frais s'élèvent à 119€, & je n'ai reçu AUCUN rappel d'Adobe me disant que ma période d'essai arrivait à expiration ! Je trouve que c'est un peu de la vente forcée, suffit qu'on ait la tête ailleurs & on se retrouve avec une grosse facture.. Bien entendu, impossible d'écrire où que ce soit à Adobe, donc je me résigne à poster ici en espérant que quelqu'un puisse m'aider à annuler ce foutu abonnement sans frais exhorbitants pour un logiciel que je ne vais jamais utiliser !

When you 'click to agree' to the subscription terms while buying a subscription, that means that you really do need to read BEFORE you enter your credit card number to buy a subscription... be aware that cancelling early means paying 1/2 of the remaining subscription time as a fee
