Bonjour,

Je souhaite annuler mon essai gratuit mais je n'y arrive pas. La page formule ne charge pas sur mon ordinateur. Sur mon téléphone, une fois toute la procédure de résiliation effectuée, dans les temps, ça me met "erreur".

Je souhaite annuler mon essai et ne pas souscrire à l'abonnement mensuel.

Bonjour,

Je suis dans le même cas... De plus impossible d'appeler les numéros de contact fournis (01 71 23 01 96 ou 0 805 54 25 92 - message d'erreur dans les 2 cas) et impossible de questionner le chat (message d'erreur également)..

Pouvez-vous nous donner un numéro de téléphone à contacter qui fonctionne svp ?
