Annuler renouvellement d'abonnement = coupure immédiate?

Bien le bonjour,

J'aimerai annulé mon renouvellement automatique, mais pour cela il est nécéssaire de résilier l'abonnement.

Avant de validé l'opération il est indiqué ceci :

"Voulez-vous vraiment annuler ?

Petit rappel : vous n’aurez plus accès à vos applications pour postes de travail et votre espace de stockage sera réduit à 2 Go."

Cela veut-il dire que une fois annulé, je n'aurai directement plus accès à mon application ou alors je pourrai encore l'utiliser durant le mois déjà payé?

no one can cancel for you.  make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

if you're unable to follow the steps described, you'll need to await help from an adobe employee for the next step.  (if you don't get a reply here from a badged employee within 24 hours, repost.)

and for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

Merci de bien vouloir annuler mon application chez vous dans les plus courts délais et de respecter ma décision. Je n'ai pas utilisé votre appplication et je dois payer 28 € sans aucune raison alors que j'avais droit à une période d'essai que je n'ai pas utilisé. Merci de votre réponse rapide. Damien Carbon
