annullamento piano o cambio

Ho comprato il pacchetto adobe di 19,99 per gli studenti, ora la scuola è finito e non mi servirà per almeno 4 mesi.

come posso annullare il piano? quando ci provo mi esce che devo pagare 80 euro per il resto dell'anno.

non posso annullarlo senza dover pagare l'intero anno? e in caso non esiste un piano dove devo pagare solo il mese in cui lo utilizzo?

When you 'click to agree' to the subscription terms while buying a subscription, that means that you really do need to read BEFORE you buy a subscription... https://www.adobe.com/legal/subscription-terms.html

 

You agreed to pay for one year... there is a penalty if you cancel early

A question

I subscribed to the annual plan, monthly payment - €19.51/month. In 5 months the plan will expire.
To close it now I have to pay penalty of €39.02 (2 monthly payments).
I would like to know if the service stops immediately or will I still be able to use it for 2 months.
