Annullamento prova gratuita

Ho una prova gratuita con acrobat pro. Voglio annullarla ma non riesco a farlo. Alla voce "Piani" non risultano piani attivi. Alla voce "App" compare l'icona Acrobat con queste 3 possibilità: apri - acquista - disinstalla, ma credo che disinstallando non si blocchi la procedura della prova gratuita che alla scadenza dei sette giorni si trsforma in abbonamento. Cosa devo fare per bloccare la prova?
