Annullamento prova gratuita

Ho una prova gratuita con acrobat pro. Voglio annullarla ma non riesco a farlo. Alla voce "Piani" non risultano piani attivi. Alla voce "App" compare l'icona Acrobat con queste 3 possibilità: apri - acquista - disinstalla, ma credo che disinstallando non si blocchi la procedura della prova gratuita che alla scadenza dei sette giorni si trsforma in abbonamento. Cosa devo fare per bloccare la prova?

To add to Kglad's helpful response, I found four different accounts under the email address you used to create this public discussion forum. I don't see any active subscriptions or recent transactions under any of the accounts. Please see https://adobe.ly/4qhHLX8 for details on how to switch between the four different accounts.
