Anulowanie subskrybcji

Cześć, anulowałam plany Adobe Pro i Akrobat po 7 dyniowym okresie bezpłatnym, pojawiła się informacja, że metoda płatności nie jest możliwa do zrealizowania ( po dokonaniu płatności jest możliwość anulowania w trakcie 14 dni i zwrot płatności).  Płatnosc nie jest możliwa do zrealizowania. Jak anulować subskybcje Adobe Pro i Akrobat?
