Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person.

You should be able to go into your account (https://account.adobe.com/)  and cancel your plan since you just renewed. Otherwise, for account issues sign into Adobe.com and go to https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html and click on the chat icon in the lower right to work with an agent:
