Any chance of being able to cancel subscription

I'm in the middle of cancelling subscriptions I don't ned or use, to save money. Premiere Pro is one of those things. Is it possible to cancel without paying the fee?

You can also try talking to customer support. Given the pandemic situation, Adobe seems to be very sympathetic about either canceling w/o penalty or waiving subscription fees for a couple of months. This is not an official policy, however. It seems to depend on your personal situation, but it can't hurt to ask.

Thanks, but customer support seems to be down though. That's what it seems like at least.

As far as I know, when you cancel early you pay a penalty of 1/2 of the remaining contract amount

Thanks for that, but there is no chat available, and I can't find an email either. There might be too many people trying to contact them or something. Idk.
