Anyone having trouble canceling their iCloud subscription?

Has anyone else had a simular situation as I am having, and what did you do to get out of the subscription?

I have been trying for a couple months now to cancel my subscription, and they will not cancel the subscription.  I am getting the run-around and I still have not been charged my cancelation fee.

    this thread is mistitled and should appeal to no one:  icloud is an apple service.  adobe's cloud service is called creative cloud.  and it's 9 years old.

    I am still getting charged, months after cancelling.  I am a student, i dont have much money.  Their support is awful and I can't reach out to them.  I need someone to help me get to the bottom of why I am getting charged.

    You're being charged because you ordered a 12 month subscription to Creative Cloud and neglected to cancel within the 14 day grace period.  Cancelling early incurs a 50% early termination fee. 

     

    To avoid penalty fees, wait until your 12 month of service to cancel, before it automatically renews for another year.  Or cancel early and pay the fees.  Your choice.
