What happens when you click the Renew button? You should be directed to https://account.adobe.com/ where you will see what kind of plan you have, what is included in your plan, when your next payment is due, and a link to view your payment history.

Which version of Photoshop?

In Photoshop 2025, click on Help; in the resulting pop-up menu just above Updates, you will see

Sign out... your_email_address

if you are signed in, or

Sign In... if you are not signed in. Are you signed in or out?

If you can't sign in, what is the message?
