Anyway to reach adobe and stop change me

I lost my card and blocked from bank, and saw Adobe deduct from me for 2 months already, not a lot, so it's fine, around 19 usd per month, then, I ask bank to replace a new card for me, today I got one email from Adobe, ask me to pay S$92.15 due to early cancel of subscription, god sake I never use Adobe last 30 days, I try to contact, but eamil shows:

Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:
The recipient's mailbox is full

Online support only got virtual agent reply, can anyone solve my problem, thanks.

Did you actually cancel the plan or not? If yes then you might have to pay the cancellation charges. Anyhow talk to the support team to get this cleared and sorted. To talk to a person via online chat, type in AGENT in the chat window. You could also try contacting via phone see the following link

thanks, will try to reach them :-), never use Adobe product, suprise to know still have old fashion cancellation fee, seldom see from other companies
