App en Apple con Suscripción Activa NO permite funciones

Hola!

Desde hace un par de meses encuentro que la app para Apple me carga el precio mensual por usar el Pro, pero no activa las funciones Pro, indicando que no me vuelva a suscribir una y otra vez. Les ha sucedido? Help!

    This could be because of Exchange Rate from US Dollars to whatever currency you are using.

     

    This needs to be taken up with Apple as it seems they are the one charging you.
