Apparently I can´t recall with what account signed for a plan. Impossible to move to support
Hi,
It seems impossible to contact your customer support without an active plan. I have an active plan, and either I am confusing the account or I can´t find it (yet is been paid monthly).
I need assistance to find the plan or recover the missing account. How can I contact support directly? Stuck on the bot asking for an active plan which I can´t show because I´m not sure what account was used.
