Apps in creative cloud

Question

There  are only 4 apps in my creative cloud. In my plan there should be 45+.I have Microsoft Pro X 64 bit. I have photoshop but no illustrator or other important apps.What can  I do?

Did you actually read? This says your device is not compatible

At this time, Surface Pro X will not install 64-bit applications that have not been ported to ARM64
