Dear Adobe

I'm writing to ask for your assistance. I've noticed this account was charged for After Effects subscriptions on August 29, 2025, and September 8, 2025. I canceled them even though I wasn't using the account. Then, I was charged even though I didn't use this account for a long time. I'm writing this to ask Adobe to please cancel these charges. I'm very concerned that this charge was made even though I didn't use the account.

you have to cancel your subscription.  make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

Thank you very much for your reply.
I have already canceled this subscription.
But this account is still being charged.
I have temporarily disabled my credit card to prevent this charge.
I would like your help in canceling this charge due to I have had no activity or subscriptions on this account for a long time, and I should not have been charged. I am very concerned about this.

 

Please provide any advice or guidance on how to prevent or cancel this charge.
