I was not using my adobe PDF editor (I believe it is called Adobe Acrobat DC) subscription for a long time but I forgot to cancel it until recent. Is there a way for me to refund my money?

I am not very hopeful as not using the software is not something that Adobe tracks or considers as a factor for refund. However, you can contact support, they will provide you with the best possible option available. To contact support, login to your account and navigate to the URL below. Make sure that the browser has cookies enabled, and all script blockers are disabled.
