Bom dia, realizei uma assinatura de um ano da Adobe pela Apple em 11/11/21 no valor de 124,90, porém há cerca de 2 meses tento usar o app e ele solicita que eu faça um plano. O plano está válido até 11/11/22 e não consigo fazer uso. Já solicitei reembolso da Apple para tentar refazer o plano, mas como já está ativo há alguns meses alegam que todo auxílio deve ser dado pelo aplicativo. Aguardo retorno.
