Assinatura paga e sem acesso aos aplicativos

Tenho o plano da creative cloud pro, o pagamento está em dia, porém a assinatura de todos os meus aplicativos está como expirada e não consigo usar nada há dois dias!

try the previous "revert to trial" first.  only if that fails and ONLY IF YOUR ACCOUNT SHOWS A SUBSCRIPTION WITH NO PAYMENT PROBLEMS, proceed to these steps -

additionally, below are solutions some users reported:

 

if those all fail, change your cc language. eg, try international english

if that fails, change the install location

I've tried everything, but it doesn't work. Even when I access my apps through the browser, it still says that everyone's subscription has expired. It's not an app issue.
