Assinatura por acidente

Assinatura por acidente ao invés de clicar em teste grátis foi clicado no lugar de compra onde foi equívoco de compra e erro solicitei o reembolso e não querem devolver meu dinheiro , eu não estou a usar a aplicação pois de imediato cancelei a assinatura , e não consegui nem restaurar a assinatura , com isso não tive o reembolso e nem assinatura relativa porque eu não uso essa aplicação eu iria fazer um teste pra vê se me servia e com isso houve um acidente de compra , e foi retirado dinheiro de fazer compras do mês pra mim a casa ,
