Assistance with Cancelling Behance Pro Subscription

I had been using Behance Pro on a trial basis, but unfortunately, I forgot to cancel the subscription before the trial period ended. I recently received an email alert notifying me about the charge for the subscription. However, my payment method was no longer valid at that time, so the payment has not gone through yet. I need help cancelling my Behance Pro subscription to prevent any future charges. Can someone guide me on how to deactivate it successfully? Thanks.

you have to correct your payment issue before you can cancel.  you can use https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/update-billing-information.html or use adobe support for help.

 

there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
