Auto-debit Payment to the Adobe System
Good day, Adobe Customer Support!
I am kindly asking for your consideration for a refund of my subscription of your Pro version of the app. I was really sure that I cancelled my subscription right after I applied for the free trial. However, today, my Gcash was charged with the amount of ₱1,891.68. I understand that it is not easy to make a refund decision immediately but I hope to be considered as I am still a student and I can't afford to make such huge amount of purchase. The money deducted in my electronic wallet was supposed to be used for my monthly utilities and with that I was really shocked when I read the notification of the payment.
I really am hoping to be refunded as I need the money for my studies. I have no means to use such huge amount of money for a subscription.
Please help me with the refund. I can't afford to lose the amount the was automatically debited to my wallet.
