Auto-Debit Payment to the System

Good day, Adobe Customer Support!

I am kindly asking for your consideration for a refund of my subscription of your Pro version of the app. I was really sure that I cancelled my subscription right after I applied for the free trial. However, today, my Gcash was charged with the amount of ₱1,891.68. I understand that it is not easy to make a refund decision immediately but I hope to be considered as I am still a student and I can't afford to make such huge amount of purchase. The money deducted in my electronic wallet was supposed to be used for my monthly utilities and with that I was really shocked when I read the notification of the payment.

I really am hoping to be refunded as I need the money for my studies. I have no means to use such huge amount of money for a subscription.

Please help me with the refund. I can't afford to lose the amount the was automatically debited to my wallet.

Attached below is the proof of payment. Please let me know if you need more proofs and information regarding this request.

    you must cancel your subscription yourself.  if you cancel during the refund period your payment will be automatically refunded:  check the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

    if you want to cancel but are unable to follow the steps described in the "how to cancel page", you probably have a payment error that you need to repair before cancellation is allowed, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/fix-failed-missed-payment.html

    The first thing to do is to cancel the subscription. If you are eligible for a refund it would automatically be issues within 14 days. See the following articles for more details
