Auto-Renewal

This is a regretable practice. Many companies set up customer accounts for auto-renewal, but every other softtware service I use allows you to delete auto-renewal (while makig it difficult to do so). Adoobe is the only one that prohibits the customer from denying future unauthorized withdrawals. There should be a class action in the U.S. Adobe gives the APPEARANCE of allowing a customer  to choose to opt out of auto-renewal, but when you goto the webpage, it says: 

"Can I stop my plan from renewing automatically?
Currently, you cannot stop your plan from renewing automatically. To turn off auto renewal, you will need to cancel your membership. Learn how to cancel your membership."

It is no wonder that a number of states have pending legislation to prohibit this business practice.
