Automatische Aboverlängerung verpasst - gilt das 14 tägige Rücktrittsrecht auch in diesem Fall?

Hey, ich musste heute früh leider feststellen, dass ich verpasst habe mein Adobe Jahres-Abo rechtzeitig zu kündigen. Es wurde genau heute um ein Jahr verlängert. In den Vertragsbedingungen steht, dass ein 14 tägiges Rücktrittsrecht nach Abschluss des Vertrags besteht und man dann das Geld auch komplett zurück erstattet bekommt. Ich finde nur keine Information dazu, ob das auch im Fall einer automatischen Abo-Verlängerung gilt. Der Kundendienst ist ja heute leider nicht erreichbar, also hoffe ich dass mir hier vielleicht jemand weiter helfen kann.

be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human
