Autorenewal Refund I Adobe Creative Cloud

Hi Adobe team! 
I was charged for an autorenewal fee for a yearly Creative Cloud subscription but I did not want to renew it. 
I wasn't informed about the upcoming autorenewal and wasn't informed about the price increase either. 

The subscription was cancelled the same day the charge was made. As per Adobe's refund policies, I would like to request a refund for the charge, seeing as the subscription was cancelled within the first 14 days of the plan.

    p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

    I noticed you've been using Adobe Creative Cloud for nearly 4 years. We truly appreciate your continued support and are genuinely sorry to see you go. Regarding your refund request, Adobe’s 14-day refund policy applies only if the cancellation is made within the first 14 days of the initial subscription(including trial period).

    If you're looking for a more budget-friendly option, you might want to explore the Creative Cloud Standard plan, which offer access to essential tools at a lower cost. Please check the bottom of this page: https://adobe.ly/4oRATiz

    the plan's start date was over one year ago.  ie, you should cancel before your renewal.

     

    about one month before your plan renews adobe sends an email with the renewal terms.  check your spam folder.
