Awaiting confirmation of refund upon cancellation of subscription

I cancelled my subscription within 24hrs of purchase, because I realised that I didn't need it. My work has repurchased a subscrption for me. But upon receiving my confirmation of cancellation email, I did not receive any confirmation of a refund. Can someone please assist?

and did you receive a confirmation email for all your adobe subscriptions?

Carmen, I can confirm that you have canceled your subscription successfully. Please see https://adobe.ly/4nQ7VyY for information on the cancellation process. Any refunds can take seven to 14 days to process. ^JW
