ayuda me estan cobrando adobe cuando yo cancele mi suscripcion en el dia 1 de la prueba gratuita, me suscribi a adobe para usar el photoshope una vez y ahora no me deja sacar la suscripcion si no pago cuando yo en realidad ya cancele mi plan

We appreciate you reaching out. I confirm that you have an active plan for Adobe Photoshop since 12 days. Did you receive any email confirmation for your cancel the plan?

If not, the plan was not cancelled at time. The good news is Adobe offers full refund if the cancellation is done within 14 days.

I would suggest you to make the payment and then cancel the plan. The refund gets processed within 12 to 14 days.
