Alguien que me ayude, todo el día he intentado realizar cambio de plan por la administración de productos, veo malas intenciones por tratarse de un cambio más económico y sale error del sistema, no responden por chat.

¿Alguien me puede ayudar?

    Thread Summary

A user attempted to switch to a different plan through product management for an entire day but was unable to complete the change. Each attempt resulted in a system error.

    Solutions suggested by other participants

    • Nancy O'Shea (Community Expert) asked whether the payment card on file was valid with a future expiration date, noting that an expired or invalid card would need to be updated first via account.adobe.com.
    • kglad (Community Expert) suggested trying a different browser, specifically an updated non-Opera mobile browser with Wi-Fi disabled, and also suggested trying incognito/private browsing mode.
    • Jeffrey_A_Wright (Legend) shared a link with instructions for changing a plan and suggested trying a different device if errors continued. He also noted that if the device or network is managed by an organization, the organization's help may be needed to manage the account.

    Solutions suggested by Adobe

    1. Confirm your payment method on file is valid and has not expired before attempting a plan change. You can review and update it in your Adobe account.

    2. Follow the official step-by-step process for switching to a different plan, including selecting "Manage plan" and then "Change your plan" from your Adobe account.
      https://helpx.adobe.com/account/individual/subscriptions-and-plans/plan-changes-and-upgrades/change-adobe-plan.html
    3. If you encounter a system error while changing plans, try the process on a different browser (using an updated, non-Opera browser) or a different device, and disable any VPN or Wi-Fi restrictions that might interfere with the connection.

    4. If your device or network is managed by an organization (for example, a work or school-issued device), you may need your organization's administrator to assist with account or plan changes.

Is the payment card on file with Adobe a valid card with a future expiration date?

If not, you’ll need to update your payment card details first.

    Hope that helps.

… and when you try a different browser, try using a mobile phone's updated non-opera browser with wifi disabled.

Makler, thank you very much for posting to this public discussion forum. I don't see any plan changes under the account you used to create this public discussion thread, nor any attempts to contact us.

Please see https://adobe.ly/40AwuFP for information on how to change your current plan. Please use a different device to complete the process if you are receiving errors or continue to be unable to reach us. If the device or network is managed by an organization, then you may need their help to manage your account or contact us. ^JW
