AYUDA¡¡¡¡¡ Cargo erróneo

Necesito AYUDA, no tengo ningun plan contratado, sin embargo,  me han hecho un cargo de 24,19 €. Accedo a mi cuenta, a la pestaña de "planes" y me confirma que no tengo ningún plan activo, pero me lo han cobrado. No puedo anularlo. Por favor ayudenme a solucionarlo.

ayudaaa me han cobrado un plan que no compre y no sale en la facturacion nd , me parece algo de muy mal gusto
