Bad experience with Online Account Portal

Adobe online Plans page is not loading, that's where one can make changes to plan.  Looks like this has been done purposefuly to prevent people from cancelling their plans.  On their help site it showed if plans are not loading try in 24 hours.  I ended up paying additional two months subcription after unable to cancel it online on their Plans page.  Eventually called their customer support line and cancelled it.

Thanks all for the reply, I used customer support phone and able to cancel it, but still got charged.

Sometimes, system outages occur. But I don't see any major ones reported below.

If you're still unable to connect with your Online Account, try using another web device/browser that doesn't block scripts or have VPN enabled.

try using a mobile phone's updated non-opera browser with wifi disabled.
