ME DI DE BAJA HACE MAS DE MES Y MEDIO (ANTES DE FINALIZAR EL PERIODO DE PRUEBA) Y PARA MI SORPRESA VEO QUE NO ES ASÍ... Y CUANDO ME DOY CUENTA POR LOS RECIBOS BANCARIOS Y VUELVO A INTENTAR DARME DE BAJA ME QUERÉIS COBRAR 120,95 € POR CANCELACIÓN ANTICIPADA?? PERO ESTO QUE ES?? UN PUTO CHISTE O QUÉ ?

EL ERROR NO HA SIDO MIO

Tengo el mismo problema y el contacto no esta habilitado. Me quieren cobrar el año entero y ni siquiera he descargado 1 foto del plan. No me dejan cancelar.

Lamentablemente, también tengo el mismo problema. El correo que utilizo es de mi universidad, aún así, ADOBE me está cobrando el periodo de prueba que debió cancelarse, sin embargo, me doy cuenta que no fue así y por solicitar la cancelación de un plan NO UTILIZADO, se me quiere cobrar. CITO: "Se te cobrará un gasto por cancelación anticipada:S/ 341.75". Acaso la gente de Adobe no piensa en la coyuntura actual? Un poco de empatía por favor!
