Been paying for service, but my account shows free version

I signed up for what I thought was a free trial, but it would not let me cancel and it turned into me being charged $24.95 a month for over a year now, because when I tried to cancel, I was told it was going to cost almost $200 to cancel.

I never use this app. I just pay for it every month.

today when I actually wanted to use it, I couldn’t use anything because I was told that I had a free version and I had to sign up for a premium account even though I’ve been paying for a premium account for over a year.

I tried to contact someone to help me, but there’s no phone number. There’s no email AI sent me a link which I could not click on.

How can I use the service that I’ve been paying for for over a year?
