Behance account disabled — how to appeal and get a response from support?

I'm reaching out to the community for advice on how to get a response from Behance support regarding a disabled account.
My Behance account (behance.net/fedormakatera) was disabled due to receiving engagement from third-party services. I fully acknowledge the violation and have taken complete responsibility — I've already disconnected and removed all such services permanently.
I've been in contact with Behance support through ticket #1172782. Alex from Behance Help Center explained the reason for disabling (Feb 25 and Mar 16), and I sent a detailed, honest appeal on March 18 admitting fault, explaining the context, and asking for a second chance — even on probationary terms. I followed up on March 24 and again on March 26, but haven't received a response.
I run a small design agency (Fulcrum), and my Behance portfolio represents years of genuine creative work from my entire team. Losing it overnight has been devastating for our business.
Has anyone been in a similar situation? Is there another way to escalate this or get Behance support to review the appeal? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
